Work Experience: Part time work in a Coffee Shop and at Golf Course, but I have been a full-time student for most of my life.

Hobbies: Aikido, playing the trombone, reading

Who inspired you/influenced you: All of the holy men who have sacrificed their lives for Jesus Christ and his Church through His Priesthood inspired me to begin discerning rather that any one priest in particular. During the discernment process I have been influenced by Monsignor John Williams and Pope Benedict XIV.

What would you say to a young man who thinks he has a vocation: Take up your cross and follow Christ. Strive to do the will of God no matter how difficult it might be and He will lead you.

Favorite Scripture Passage: I do not have a “favorite” scripture passage, but Matthew 16:24-26 is an important passage, “Whoever wishes to come after me must deny himself, take up his cross, and follow me. For whoever wishes to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake will find it. What profit would there be for one to gain the whole world and forfeit his life? Or what can one give in exchange for his life?”

Favorite Saint. There are so many incredible and holy saints who have been recognized by the church that I find it a difficult task to pick just one “favorite.” St. Patrick, St. Augustine, and St. Francis are a few of my “favorites.”
