The Office of Vocations staff are so very thankful for all that our Vocations Liaisons are doing in our parishes, missions and schools to help promote and encourage vocations in the Diocese of Raleigh. In such a geographically large Diocese, it is truly impossible for us to be everywhere in the Diocese, at the parish level, doing this very important work. We are also keenly aware of the demands placed on our pastors, pastoral administrators, and principals in the day to day running of their parishes and schools. So it is the volunteer efforts of our liaisons that help bring vocations awareness to the people of God in the pews and in our schools. We are inspired by the often very creative ideas and approaches they present to us, which we in turn hope to share here on the website, in hopes that others may be able to incorporate where they serve. Towards that end, it is wonderful when we receive pictures of such efforts! Below is a picture of a bulletin board at. St. Patrick's Church in Fayetteville that was created by their Vocations Liaison, Jen Leaf. Thank you Jen for putting up this great presentation on vocations, and for sharing it with us! To all our Liaisons: Please keep your ideas, stories and pictures coming!
